Habthera "90 Days On Us" Giveaway. Official Rules.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Habthera builds nutrition for the body going through a specific medical intervention, and GLP-1 therapy is the first one. This giveaway puts a full 90 days of ASP-1 in the hands of one person on that journey, and a tub each with two more.

1. Sponsor

Habthera Nutrition, LLC, 115 E. Ogden Ave., Suite 105-131, Naperville, IL 60563 (the "Sponsor"). habthera.com. Questions: customerservice@habthera.com.

2. Promotion period

The giveaway begins Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 4:00 PM Central Time and ends Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are not eligible.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of the Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method.

Method 1, Instagram. During the Promotion Period, (a) follow @habthera and @enhancedrecoverymd on Instagram, and (b) leave a comment on the official giveaway post on @habthera tagging one friend who is on a weight-loss journey. Tagging a friend does not enter that friend; they may enter on their own by either method. Multiple comments count as one entry. Comments that are abusive, off topic, or that violate Instagram's terms are not eligible.

Method 2, free alternate entry (no Instagram account needed). Submit your email address in the "Enter without Instagram" form on this page during the Promotion Period. Submitting the form subscribes you to email from Habthera Nutrition; you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing does not affect your entry.

Entries by either method carry equal odds. Entries that are incomplete, automated, or generated by script or bot are void.

5. Prizes

Grand prize (1): one ASP-1 90-Day Supply in the winner's choice of available flavor. Approximate retail value (ARV) $229.99.

Runner-up prizes (2): one ASP-1 tub each, winner's choice of available flavor. ARV $109.99 each.

Total ARV of all prizes: $449.97. Prizes are awarded as is, with no cash substitution or transfer, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Shipping within the United States is included.

6. Odds of winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received by both methods.

7. Winner selection and notification

Three potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on Monday, September 21, 2026 at approximately 12:00 PM Central Time. Instagram entrants will be notified by direct message from @habthera, and alternate-entry entrants by email at the address submitted. A potential winner must respond and provide a valid US shipping address within 48 hours of notification, or the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner is drawn. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. The first name and last initial of each winner may be announced on the Sponsor's Instagram accounts.

8. Publicity

By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may post your first name and last initial (and, for Instagram entries, your Instagram handle) in connection with announcing the winners, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Release and limitation of liability

By entering, you release the Sponsor and its officers, employees and agents from any claim arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or technically failed entries, or for any problem with Instagram, email, or internet service.

10. Instagram release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering you release Instagram and Meta from any liability and acknowledge that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from this giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

12. Privacy

Information collected for this giveaway is handled under the Sponsor's privacy policy at habthera.com/policies/privacy-policy. Alternate-entry entrants are subscribed to Habthera Nutrition email and may unsubscribe at any time.

13. Winners list

For the names of the winners, email customerservice@habthera.com with the subject line "Giveaway 1 winners" within 60 days after September 21, 2026.
